OUR SERVICES
Applications are required on all metered services. This document authorizes the Association to provide utility services at the service location in the applicant’s name.
In order to maintain the security and privacy of Member information, the applications and forms are located at the City of Chattahoochee. There is one time membership of $500 for all new connecting members. The membership fee is a non-refundable and non-transferable fee.
